Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of clinical experience
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist degree from an accredited program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
- Active Colorado licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)
