Position: Elementary School Part Time Paraprofessional
Five (5) hours per day, school year position when students are present.
Position Benefits:
Starting wage: $17.37 an hour
$20,000 life insurance policy
Michigan Office of Retirement Plan

Position Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma
- Ability and desire to work with teenagers daily
- Ability to relate with staff and community
- Flexibility to work with variable schedules
- Demonstrate good attendance
- Ability to work with individuals and small groups
- Ability to demonstrate support for program and policies
- Must have good communication skills
- Ability to organize and plan
- Patience in handling a variety of learning strengths
- Basic computer program operations are preferred
- Other Schedule B coaching and extracurricular positions are available to applicants.
