Part Time Student Success Coach (Liberty Partnership Program - GASD)

The Liberty Partnership Program (LPP), affiliated with Fulton-Montgomery Community College, provides pre-collegiate and dropout prevention services to students in the Greater Amsterdam School District. This part-time position is based at the Middle and High School locations and supports students through academic and mentoring activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Tutor and mentor students and assist with academic goal setting.

• Engage students in program activities and maintain positive relationships with participants.

• Assist with food pantry services and other student support activities.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree with applicable experience working with students required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary: $17–$20 per hour, based on education and experience; up to 25 hours per week. Hours are primarily during the school day, with limited evening and weekend hours and a limited summer program.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25.0 per week
