Licensed Practical Nurse Dayshift 6a-6p Thursday and Fridays
***$12,500 sign on bonus paid quarterly over 1 year***

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the Charge Nurse or other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
- Participate in staff development and training programs to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes resident comfort, dignity, and well-being
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in the state of Missouri
- 0 years of experience in a long-term care or short-term therapy setting
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds
