Role Description:
Fulton Industries LLC is seeking a motivated student or someone who is looking for a temporary position that is interested/working in Project Management within a manufacturing environment. With our lean leadership structure, we need someone who can hit the ground running and help drive the completion of a major organizational project that is already underway. This role will support both the continuation and further setup of the project, helping to build out remaining timelines, define critical paths, and ensure all tasks have clear owners and due dates.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist in completing and structuring the remaining elements of a large, multi-phase project, including building timelines, confirming deliverables, and establishing/validating critical-path activities.
• Maintain and update project schedules, verify resource assignments, track progress, and ensure the team stays aligned.
• Facilitate communication between all departments to keep tasks moving and deadlines on track.
• Prepare daily/weekly project status updates, progress reports, and risk summaries.
• Support leadership by preparing meeting agendas, documenting action items, and ensuring follow-up.
• Identify schedule conflicts, resource shortages, and process gaps, and propose corrective actions.
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable working with schedules, timelines, and structured documentation.
• Interested in project management, operations planning, or leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to take initiative and contribute quickly in a fast-paced setting.
