What We Offer
- Starting Compensation: $54,000 annually
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in equal payments bi-weekly in your first year)
- $100 Monthly Transportation Allowance (each month for a year)

Key Responsibilities
As a Detention Officer, you will:
- Supervise and monitor inmate activities and daily facility operations
- Enforce rules, regulations, and security procedures
- Ensure the safety of staff, inmates, and visitors
- Respond to emergencies with confidence, professionalism, and leadership
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 20 years of age
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- U.S. Citizen
- Ability to pass a background investigation, drug screening, and physical fitness test
