Department: Fulton Manor - Long Term Care Facility
Status Hours: Full-time or Part-time
Shift: 8 or 12 hour shifts available
Includes: Weekend & holiday rotation

Job Summary:
Fulton Manor is seeking dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our long-term care team. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with a variety of shifts to fit your schedule. As an STNA at Fulton Manor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in residents’ conditions.
- Provide support to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care.
- Participate in holiday and weekend rotations as part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Certification: Completion of a nursing assistant certification program or proof of valid certification as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). Test Ready Nursing Assistants (TRNA) must complete and pass the state test within 120 days of hire.
- CPR Certification: Required.
- Experience: Long-term care experience is desired.
- Skills: Must be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.
