Status Hours: Full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly
Shift: 1st shift
Hours: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary:
Fulton County Health Center is seeking a Receptionist to join our team at FCHC Urology, FCHC General Surgery, and FCHC OB/GYN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments and tests.
- Complete referrals and enter patient information.
- Collect copays and obtain necessary forms and signatures for treatment, release of information, and insurance precertifications.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers appropriately.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology required.
- Previous physician office experience and Electronic Health Record (EHR) software experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
