Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations of our property. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the property, maintaining high occupancy rates, and providing exceptional customer service to residents.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy rates
- Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in fair housing regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management is required
- Knowledge of HUD Property Management is preferred
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in real estate administrative tasks such as lease preparation and tenant screening
- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures
- Understanding of legal administrative processes related to property management
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with residents or contractors
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and ability to ensure compliance
