What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reporting Specialist position at Fulson Housing Group?
The Reporting Specialist will manage the full reporting cycle for properties managed by the company. This position is responsible for coordinating, preparing, reviewing, submitting, and tracking required reports across multiple programs and properties while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable program and regulatory requirements.
This role includes overseeing monthly and quarterly EIV reporting, state reporting requirements for various programs, and other property and compliance-related reporting. The Reporting Specialist will maintain reporting schedules, monitor deadlines, gather and verify required information, prepare and submit reports, track completion, and maintain all supporting documentation.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage the reporting process from beginning to end. This individual should be comfortable working with multiple properties, programs, software systems, deadlines, and detailed documentation while maintaining a high level of accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Hybrid Schedule: Eligible for one (1) remote workday per week after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
