Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative located in Tysons Corner, VA, within the DC Metro area.
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales leads, conducting client meetings, and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
Key tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Summary
Recognize business/sales opportunities and prospects, then present solutions in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Increase sales volume and new customer base as well as, service existing customers, and generate repeat sales. Demonstrate a professional image of the brand at all times and ask for a referral to grow the business.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Presentations and the ability to effectively communicate product and service benefits
- Strong skills in Relationship Building and New Business Development
- Proven abilities in Customer Service and Communication to provide an excellent client experience
- Prior experience in sales or a related field is required
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and self-motivation
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with branding, promotional products, or marketing services is a plus
- Proven track record of closing deals

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Introduce the brand to businesses and explain the promotional materials and specials.
- Stop and see every business on assigned route:
- Offices
- Restaurants
- Industrial Parks
- Retail Businesses
- ALL Businesses and Organizations
- Build rapport with potential customers.
- Explain versatility of the brand
- Introduce services provided.
- Bring back business card and information needed to quote potential jobs.
- Maintain a consistent and organized follow up system.
- Follow up on all leads, pricing and prepare quotes.
- Accurately fill in Fully Promoted Production Sheet.
- Remarket areas every three months.
- Deliver quotes in a timely fashion.
- Maintain an organized, clean and professional store appearance at all times.
- Complete the Fully Promoted in-store training utilizing the marketing section of the Owner's Manual (6 Keys to Success, Direct Marketing tips, Key Lines, Suggestive Selling, Overcoming Objections, Reviewing Sample Scripts, etc.)
Qualifications
- Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs.
- Possess a good understanding of sales and marketing tactics.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Outgoing personality and willingness to work with the public on a daily basis.
