What are the responsibilities and job description for the VP of Operations position at Fully Promoted Idaho?
FULLY PROMOTED IDAHO
VP of Operations
Location: Boise, ID | Type: Full-Time | fpbranding.com
WHO WE ARE
Fully Promoted Idaho is a branded apparel and promotional products company based in Boise. We run on EOS, we move fast, and we are building a process-driven organization on a clear path and drive toward growth. We hire to our core values: Relentless, Attitude, Respect, and Educated. They are the filter for every decision we make.
We hire for the future. If you are reading this, you are looking at a leadership role in a company that is intentional about how it grows and who it brings along.
THE ROLE
The VP of Operations owns the Execute stage of our revenue engine. From the moment a qualified order is handed off to the moment it ships, everything runs through your seat. That includes screen printing, embroidery, heat press, receiving, quality control, and outbound fulfillment.
You will report to the GM/Integrator and hold a seat on the leadership team. Your decisions affect the margin, the client experience, and the ability of the business to scale. We are looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and does it.
WHAT YOU OWN
• Lead, manage, and hold accountable the production team and freight and fulfillment coordinator
• Own quality control at receiving, during production, and before every outbound shipment
• Document, train, and enforce the processes that protect the client and the margin
• Drive operational efficiency — smarter scheduling, higher capacity utilization, and reduced rework
• Stay ahead of the business with capacity planning and data-driven decision making
• Develop the people on your team and build a floor that can execute at full capacity on any given day
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience:
• 5 years of operations or production leadership in decorated apparel, promotional products, manufacturing, or fulfillment
• Proven ability to document processes, train teams to follow them, and hold people accountable
• Hands-on familiarity with screen printing, embroidery, or heat press strongly preferred
• Experience managing production schedules, capacity planning, and on-time delivery
• Comfort with shop management systems. Printavo experience is a plus.
• Exposure to EOS or a similar operating framework is a plus. Willingness to run in it is a requirement.
How you operate:
• You are a systems thinker. You build processes the operation can run on reliably.
• You are direct. You address problems early and resolve issues before they compound.
• You develop people. You hold the bar high and bring people up to meet it.
• You bring calm to a pressure environment.
• You own the outcome. When something goes wrong, you bring the issue and the solution.
WHY FULLY PROMOTED IDAHO
• We run EOS. The operating system is built and running.
• We are growing. We are on a clear path for growth and the team is aligned around it.
• We have a profit share program. When the business performs, the team shares in it. This seat is in the leadership pool.
• We invest in our people. Learning and development is core to who we are becoming.
• We are building something worth being part of. The team is intentional, honest, and hungry.
