Role Description
This is a hunter role with a farmer’s mindset. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualifying to closing and growing — while building the kind of client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

You’ll be supported with a showroom for client meetings, access to thousands of vetted suppliers, and a dedicated Client Success team to handle execution so you can stay focused on selling.
What You’ll Own
Generate & Qualify Leads
- Prospect into target verticals: Construction, Healthcare, Government/Education, Tech, and Manufacturing
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified accounts
- Attend networking events, industry trade shows, and local organizations to generate referrals and warm introductions
Close Sales & Grow Accounts
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed order
- Build compelling proposals aligned with each client’s brand, goals, and buying triggers
- Build toward $500,000 in annual revenue in your first year, with clear expectations for ramp and growth
- Grow existing accounts by uncovering new opportunities (uniforms, onboarding kits, safety apparel, event merch, company stores)
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities at every client touchpoint
Build Strong Client Partnerships
- Position yourself as a strategic brand partner, not an order-taker
- Learn your clients’ business: their vision, values, and growth goals
- Maintain relationships that extend beyond a single order or campaign
Coordinate for Flawless Execution
- Partner with the Client Success team to ensure every order is delivered accurately and on time
- Act as the client’s internal advocate, communicating urgency, context, and expectations clearly
