Duties

• Prepare food items following established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate POS systems to process retail sales transactions accurately.
• Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with sanitation standards.
• Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give accurate change while maintaining accountability.
• Assist with food handling, baking, and cooking.
• Support team members during busy periods by multitasking between food prep, customer service, and cleaning duties.
• Roll, Fry, and decorate donuts on Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong skills in food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude.
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
• Experience working in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is advantageous.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Must be willing and able to work early mornings Friday and Saturday.
