Job Title: Sales Order Management Representative
Location: Hollister, CA
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, AM shift

Job Overview
The Sales Order Management Representative is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer orders while providing excellent service to both internal and external customers. This role works under the direction of the Order Entry Supervisor and the Manager of Commercial Operations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails related to order placement, changes, and cancellations.
- Enter customer orders received via telephone, email, EDI portal, and online website.
- Verify orders for accuracy and collaborate with internal teams (shipping, scheduling, and sales) to ensure correct specifications and pricing.
- Send customer order acknowledgements when not automatically generated.
- Update customer records, including billing, shipping, and contact information.
- Enter replacement and sample orders.
- Initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for customer returns.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Prior data entry experience preferred.
- Strong keyboarding and data accuracy skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
