Job Title: Receptionist
Pay Rate: $19/hr.
Shift: 1st - 7am - 4:30pm
*Must be bilingual (Spanish)*
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate location.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receive and sort daily mail and distribute to appropriate staff.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Provide basic admin support to executives and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with handling multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to operate standard office equipment.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is required.
