Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team in Modesto, CA. This position is responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards through inspection, testing, and documentation. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining high levels of accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods for quality and compliance
- Perform tests and measurements using standard tools and equipment
- Identify defects or inconsistencies and report findings to supervisors
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work collaboratively with production and warehouse teams to resolve quality concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred
- Familiarity with inspection processes and quality standards is a plus
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule availability
