This role is responsible for inspecting fresh produce to ensure quality, freshness, and compliance with company and food safety standards before distribution.Schedule: 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM, Sunday–Friday (OFF Wednesdays & Saturdays)Pay Rate: $18.00/HRBenefits: Medical, Dental & AD&DKey ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming and outgoing produce for quality, freshness, temperature, and damageVerify product meets company, customer, and food safety standardsIdentify and report quality issues, shortages, or defectsAccurately document inspections and maintain quality recordsWork closely with warehouse, receiving, and management teamsFollow all GMP, food safety, and sanitation guidelinesMaintain a clean and organized work areaQualificationsPrevious quality control or produce/food warehouse experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to identify product defectsKnowledge of produce quality standards a plusAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working in a cold warehouse environmentReliable attendance for overnight shiftPay & Benefits$18.00/hourMedical, Dental & AD&D Insurance#IND-L
