Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift
Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production demands.
Training will be conducted on 1st Shift for 1–2 weeks.

Position Summary
Full Steam Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join a growing team in Sacramento, CA. The ideal candidate will help ensure products meet quality and food safety standards by conducting inspections, monitoring production processes, documenting findings, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
- Monitor compliance with company quality and food safety standards.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and report quality concerns or non-conformances.
- Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.
- Work closely with production and management teams to ensure product quality.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
