Now Hiring: Quality Assurance Technician – Azusa, CA
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Azusa, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to grow within a dynamic production environment.
Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
- Current (Slow Season): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 1st Shift (Peak Season): 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift (Peak Season): 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Flexibility is required, as candidates may be moved to 2nd shift during high season.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor production processes and report any quality issues or deviations
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement
- Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and quality guidelines
- Work closely with production and management teams to resolve quality concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous quality assurance or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be flexible with schedule and open to working different shifts as needed
