Job Description
We are seeking a temporary full-time Outbound/Inbound Associate to join our order fulfillment warehouse team. In this role, you will support warehouse operations in both outbound and inbound departments while maintaining quality and safety standards. We value teamwork, collaboration, and employee growth in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities/Outbound Duties
- Safely and efficiently pack a high volume of customer orders while maintaining quality standards
- Complete additional projects and tasks assigned by leadership
- Support company growth, strategic goals, and objectives
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Inbound Duties
- Receive, repackage, and process incoming inventory shipments in a timely manner
- Count and verify items to ensure accurate inventory quantities
- Identify damaged or defective items and report findings to the claims department
- Support company growth, strategic goals, and objectives
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Basic reading and computer skills required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, including climbing ladders and stairs
- Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with supervisors and coworkers #IND-L
