What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Selector position at FullSteam?
We’re looking for a strong and dependable Order Selector to join our day shift team. This role involves walking throughout the entire shift and manually picking orders using a pallet jack and Gaylord containers. No machine skills are needed, but physical stamina is a must! If you're in shape—or want to get in shape—this is the job for you!
Job Title: Order Selector
Pay Rate: $16/hr.
Shift: 1st 8 am - 5pm and 2nd 1:30 pm - 10 pm
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D
Responsibilities:
● Pick and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently
● Use manual pallet jacks to move and load product
● Work on your feet throughout the full shift
● Maintain a clean and organized work area
● Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
● Support other warehouse functions as needed
Requirements:
● Ability to walk and lift throughout an entire shift
● Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
● Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
● Previous warehouse or picking experience is a plus but not required
● Must be team-oriented and detail-focused
