Our facilities include multi-temperature buildings ranging from -20°F to ambient temperatures, and some equipment is located over 30 feet in the air.Our mission is to assist with all technical-related issues within the warehouse to ensure operations run smoothly at all times.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResolve and log emails sent to IT SupportRespond to and resolve IT-related issues via phoneSet up, maintain, and troubleshoot company mobile phonesInstall and maintain desktop and laptop PCs, including:Operating system and application installationRoutine maintenanceData recoveryHardware and software troubleshootingInstall and manage antivirus software and perform virus/spyware removal as neededConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot printers, including laser, thermal, and impact printersResolve Microsoft embedded OS configuration issuesSupport and troubleshoot mobile and wireless devicesSet up, configure, and troubleshoot network devices and infrastructureProcess approved IT Request Forms, including:Creating new user accounts for warehouse softwareCreating new domain/Active Directory (AD) accountsCreating and linking shared foldersRelocating users and hardware within the facilityModifying user access within warehouse softwareMaintain a clean, neat, and organized work area at all timesUpdate equipment inventory and maintain asset recordsPerform other duties as assignedMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferredProfessional IT experience requiredAbility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and early morning shiftsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft applicationsKnowledge of warehouse operations is a plusStrong analytical and technical skills required#IND-L
