We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Personnel to join our team in Moss Landing, CA. This position involves assisting with various warehouse, production, and general labor duties in a fast-paced work environment. Job Title: General Labor Personnel

Pay Rate: $17.85/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday (schedule may vary)
Position Type: Potential Temp-to-Hire

Essential Job Duties
- Perform general labor and production support duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
- Support warehouse and production teams with daily tasks
- Inspect products and materials for quality assurance
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous general labor or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must be dependable, punctual, and motivated to work
Work Environment
This position may involve working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions. Candidates should be comfortable working in a physically active environment while following all workplace safety standards.
