Job Title: General Labor
Pay Rate: $15/hr.
Shifts: 1st (7:30 AM- 3 PM) and 2nd (3 PM- 10:30 PM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and motivated General Laborers to join our manufacturing team. This position involves working on an assembly-style production line where employees will assemble variety packs of canned beverages. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to stand for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a manufacturing/assembly line assembling variety packs of canned beverages
- Take individual cans and organize them into designated variety packs
- Follow production guidelines to ensure quality and consistency
- Perform repetitive tasks such as twisting, bending, pushing, and pulling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet productivity and safety standards throughout the shift
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand on feet for up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to twist, bend, push, and pull throughout the day
- Light lifting only (not a heavy-lifting position)
Qualifications:
- No prior manufacturing experience required (training provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, assembly-line environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
