We are growing quickly and looking for a full-time Account & Operations Manager who is proactive, organized, and excited to build alongside us. This role is ideal for someone who wants to elevate their career, take ownership, and grow into a leadership position within a high-trajectory agency. This person will work directly with the CEO and collaborate across all functions — client service, producers, operations, and technology.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting agency operations, and ensuring a seamless, white-glove experience for every insured. You will be the backbone of our service team, handling renewals, certificates, quoting support, policy changes, and data accuracy across our systems.
As a core early hire, you will also have opportunities to shape workflows, improve processes, and influence how we scale as a business.
Responsibilities
- Client Service & Relationship Management
- Manage client workflows including certificates of insurance, policy updates, endorsements, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
- Own and coordinate the renewal lifecycle to ensure timely, accurate execution
- Draft, prepare, and review client communications, proposals, and deliverables
- Support producers and CEO with underwriting data collection, quoting, and marketing submission prep
- Maintain accurate data across all management systems (NowCerts, MomentumAI, AMS360, etc.)
- Monitor and resolve accounting needs (invoices, payments, audits, monthly reporting)
- Improve internal workflows for efficiency, accuracy, and client experience
- Document procedures and help build scalable operational processes
- Assist CEO with scheduling, follow-ups, and key client touchpoints
- Collaborate with leadership on new technology development and internal tools
- Support intake and onboarding for new clients, policies, and producers
- Identify opportunities for automation or workflow optimization
Qualifications
Required
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (P&C)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong customer service mindset with professional phone and email etiquette
Preferred
- 1–3 years of commercial lines experience at a brokerage or carrier
- Experience with NowCerts, AMS360, MomentumAI, or similar systems
- Experience supporting producers or account executives
- Familiarity with startup clients, small business needs, or high-growth companies

Compensation Range: $70,000 – $90,000 (Based on experience, credentials, and skill set)
