FullStack is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading go-to-market initiatives, driving revenue growth, and expanding strategic client relationships within the technology services sector, with a strong emphasis on AI-related solutions and services. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, you will own a portfolio of high-value accounts, identify and close new business opportunities, and partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional client delivery and satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for FullStack’s technology services, with a focus on AI-enabled solutions, targeting both new prospects and existing accounts.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets, sales quotas, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Create and maintain detailed account plans outlining key relationships, opportunities, revenue forecasts, and strategies to address risks.
- Build and strengthen executive-level relationships to ensure client retention, satisfaction, and identification of upsell opportunities.
- Proactively source and develop new business through networking, cold calling, industry events, and other lead generation methods.
- Promote the full range of FullStack services, including AI and advanced technology offerings, within client organizations, ensuring decision-makers understand our value proposition.
- Lead the creation and negotiation of complex proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts at the executive level.
- Conduct quarterly and monthly business reviews to monitor performance and enhance client engagement.
- Collaborate with Talent and Recruiting teams to align delivery efforts with client needs and expectations.
- 10 years of professional experience in sales.
- 3 years of professional experience in software consulting, IT staffing, or IT recruiting.
- Proven track record in selling AI-driven or AI-enabled technology solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven success in achieving sales quotas and expanding client portfolios.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers in the AI and tech ecosystem.
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing effective sales plans.
