Role Description

The Center Manager oversees day-to-day operations at our Canton, GA location in this full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include managing and guiding staff, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency, achieving sales and performance goals, and maintaining a strong customer focus. The Center Manager will also handle inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with operational policies. This role plays a critical part in creating a positive and productive work environment while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills to supervise, train, and motivate staff effectively.
  • Strong operational and organizational abilities in areas like inventory management, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Customer service and communication skills to deliver an exceptional experience and foster customer loyalty.
  • Basic understanding of automotive services, including oil changes, tires, and brakes, is highly preferred.
  • Experience with sales and financial performance management, including achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick and efficient decisions under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or management training is a plus.
