Fullmer Consulting is a fast-growing real estate education company built on an uncommon principle: selling with integrity or not selling at all. We train experienced real estate professionals and high-performing W2 professionals to sharpen their acquisition strategies through distressed property, probate, and complex transaction education.
Everything we do starts with content. Our brands publish every day across multiple platforms and multiple accounts, and that content is what generates the qualified interest our sales team works. We’re looking for someone who can keep that machine running without anything going dark.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Social Media Coordinator, you will own day-to-day publishing across our portfolio of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook pages and profiles. Your responsibility is to keep every account active, on-brand, and on-schedule, and to protect the distinct voice of each one.
You will work closely with our videographers, editors, marketing team, and leadership to turn raw footage into a consistent daily presence across every platform.
This role is ideal for someone who is relentlessly organized, moves fast, and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Schedule and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook for multiple pages and profiles
- Own and maintain the content calendar across every account so nothing slips
- Write captions, hooks, titles, and descriptions tailored to each platform and each audience
- Format and adapt assets for each placement — Reels, Shorts, TikToks, carousels, Stories, and static posts
- Manage community engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and escalate anything that needs leadership attention
- Track performance across all accounts and report on reach, views, engagement, saves, shares, and follower growth
- Monitor trends, sounds, and formats, and flag opportunities the brands should move on quickly
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, and designers to keep the asset pipeline full
- Maintain organized asset libraries and posting archives
- Represent Fullmer Consulting with integrity in every public-facing post and conversation
WHAT YOU BRING
- Native fluency with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook, including how content performs differently on each
- Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and brand voices without mixing them up
- Strong writing and copy skills with a good ear for tone
- Working knowledge of scheduling tools and native platform schedulers
- Basic video editing and design ability — CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or equivalent
- Comfort reading analytics and explaining what the numbers actually mean
- Strong personal accountability — you do not need reminders to post
- Coachable and committed to continuous improvement

LOCATION
This is an in-office position in Alamo Heights. As the company grows, top performers will have opportunities for advancement into senior content and marketing leadership positions.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $55,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience
