Working Hrs: M to F: 9 AM to 6 PM

A MUST Pharmacy Technician Skills:

1. Possess a valid CA pharmacy technician license in good standing.

2. Accurately type, fill and prepare medications to pharmacist verification.

3. Unpack, sticker and properly store inventory

4. Periodically examine inventory for expired, soon to be expired medications.

5. Effectively purchase medications at most cost effective manner.

6. Provide quality customer service treating Patients as family members.

7. Provide excellent Professional phone answering skills

8. Maintains office supplies, packing supplies, front end inventory and any other supplies

9. Process cash, credit card, and debit card payments accurately through POS system.

10. Contacting doctor’s offices or hospitals to clarify prescription information

11. Ability to work in an environment, which requires standing for a significant period of time with simultaneous face-to-face and telephone Customer interaction as well as computer data entry

12. 1-2 years of experience preferred.

13. Maintains pharmacy cleanliness on a daily basis. This includes: taking out the trash, sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming.

14. Spanish or Tagalog is a great Plus
