Position Overview

Fuller Land & Development is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Broker to join our growing Raleigh office. This individual will work closely with the Broker-in-Charge and play an integral role in brokerage operations, client representation, and business development throughout the Triangle region.

What You’ll Do

Client Representation & Transactions

·        Represent buyers, developers, builders, investors, and tenants in the acquisition of land and commercial properties.

·        Represent landowners and sellers in the marketing, leasing, and disposition of commercial and development assets.

·        Lead transactions from prospecting and negotiations through due diligence and closing while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

·        Advise clients on pricing strategy, market positioning, entitlement considerations, and transaction strategy with integrity and sound judgment.

·        Coordinate property tours, client meetings, inspections, and closing activities while delivering a high level of communication and service.

Market Research & Analysis

·        Prepare market analysis, comparable sales data, property packages, and client presentations with accuracy and professionalism.

·        Stay informed on market trends, zoning activity, growth corridors, and development opportunities throughout the Triangle region.

·        Organize and maintain accurate transaction and client records while supporting operational excellence across the company.

Business Development

·        Develop and maintain strong client and industry relationships throughout the RTP market.

·        Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry involvement, and consistent relationship management.

·        Represent Fuller Land & Development with enthusiasm, professionalism, and authenticity within the marketplace and community.

·        Contribute to a collaborative team environment where shared success and long-term relationships are valued.

Collaboration & Operations

·        Coordinate with attorneys, engineers, surveyors, lenders, municipalities, inspectors, and other stakeholders throughout transactions.

·        Support the firm’s continued growth by contributing ideas, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

·        Maintain compliance with North Carolina Real Estate Commission regulations and all applicable standards.

What We’re Looking For

·        Active North Carolina Real Estate Broker License required.

·        Bachelor’s degree preferred.

·        Commercial real estate, land brokerage, development, or investment sales experience preferred.

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

·        Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong personal accountability.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects and transactions simultaneously.

·        Familiarity with MLS/TMLS, Microsoft Office, and transaction management systems preferred.

·        Strong understanding of the Raleigh-Durham commercial real estate and land market is a plus.

·        A collaborative professional who values teamwork, continuous growth, and delivering excellence to clients and colleagues alike.
