Role Description
This is a full-time remote Real Estate Agent role at Fuller Group Real Estate, LLC. The Real Estate Agent will manage property listings, consult with clients to understand their needs, and facilitate transactions such as property sales and purchases. Day-to-day tasks also include networking to grow client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and staying informed on market trends and regulations. The agent will collaborate across teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Real Estate License in TN or FL
- Proficiency in real estate practices, including property sales and transactions, as well as a deep understanding of real property laws and processes.
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Proven sales abilities and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with luxury real estate markets is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous.
