What You'll Do
- Greet customers promptly and gather information about their vehicle service needs.
- Write repair orders for Express Service maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, batteries, filters, and other routine services.
- Clearly explain recommended maintenance and answer customer questions.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Review completed work and invoices with customers before delivery.
- Schedule future maintenance appointments and encourage preventative vehicle care.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive.
What We're Looking For
