What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at Fuller Construction Company LLC?
Fuller Construction is seeking entry level construction project managers to support the continued growth of our company in the Nebraska Panhandle and Black HIlls region.
This position is in person at our office in Chadron Nebraska. You will be working alongside two other experienced project manager/estimators.
Responsibilities include:
Creating estimates for upcoming construction projects
Writing subcontracts for various projects
Coordinating schedules and responsibilities with subcontractors on ongoing projects
Communicating with field staff and owners to ensure progress on ongoing projects
Communicating with our accountant and project owners for billing schedules
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
