Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Active
Top Secret/SCI Eligibility Clearance
- At least six (6 ) years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or front-end product development
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work across web or mobile applications
- Strong HTML/CSS (SCSS) Experience
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe frameworks
- Proven experience designing clean, modern, and visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile platforms
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with an emphasis on minimizing clicks and simplifying user flows
- Demonstrated ability to create responsive layouts that adapt seamlessly across devices and screen sizes
- Experience designing intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use buttons and interactive elements
- Proficient with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Experience working closely with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs
- Robust decision-making skills and domain
knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or in lieu of degree, 4 additional years of experience
