Office Administrator Job Responsibilities
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors
- Make travel arrangements for senior staff and production staff
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle scheduling for office equipment, preventive maintenance, and managing repairs
Office Administrator Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Reporting skills
- Google Suite proficiency
- Process management
- Problem-solving abilities
- Supply management and Inventory control
- City, State, and Federal Certifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software, including:
