Role Overview
- Position: Inventory Analyst (Inventory Control Specialist)
- Location: Primarily supports the California warehouse, with collaboration involving a Texas warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute the cycle count program (strategy determined by leadership).
- Perform physical inventory counts in the warehouse.
- Verify inventory locations and quantities against system records.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.
- Analyze missing or incorrect ERP transactions.
- Prepare inventory analysis and reporting.
- Work directly on the warehouse floor rather than solely at a desk.
Must Have
- Inventory control/inventory analyst experience in a similar role.
- Strong ERP experience and understanding of inventory transactions.
- Advanced Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Formulas and data analysis
- Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and provide insights.
- Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.
Preferred
- Understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) transactions.
- Helpful for troubleshooting inventory movements between systems.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Not required but highly preferred because many warehouse employees speak Spanish.

Compensation
- $65,000 -$75,000 annually
