The Behavioral Services Psychotherapist provides evidence-based care in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and substance use disorders within an interdisciplinary team. Also provides individual, conjoint, group and family psychotherapy; in addition to crisis intervention services, as needed. Ensures that the quality of care is safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Master's (or Doctoral) degree in clinical or counseling psychology with one year supervised post masters experience
- OR Master's degree in Social Work with two years post Master's experience in mental health/chemical dependency setting
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Licensed Psychologist
- OR Limited Licensed Psychologist
- OR Licensed Master's in Social Work
