Field Service Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial mechanics and maintenance, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment in manufacturing facilities. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Duties

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Vapor Recovery Systems and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automated systems.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on air compressors, engines, and other machinery.
• Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols, especially when working with high pressure systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or field service technician in a field environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
• Familiarity with engine diagnostics.
• Ability to analyze problems effectively using strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Oilfield experience a plus, but not necessary.
