What You’ll Do
All team members receive cross-training and rotate through roles based on business needs. A “that’s not my job” attitude doesn’t exist here — we work together to make every shift a success.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a big smile and outgoing personality.
- Assisting guests with go-karts, virtual reality experiences, and other attractions.
- Operating point-of-sale systems and handling guest transactions.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests.
- Supporting teammates across all roles to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- Big personalities! You must be comfortable being loud, engaging, and energetic for your entire shift.
- Weekend availability is required (Friday–Sunday).
- Ability to work some evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM–12:00 AM).
- Customer service experience (1 year preferred).
- A team-first mindset and willingness to help wherever needed.
