As we grow, we're building out our production and project management operations — and we're looking for a Production Manager to own that process from the moment a job is signed through completion.

About the Role
The Production Manager is the single point of accountability for moving every signed job through production cleanly and on schedule — from deposit confirmation through permitting, crew assignment, material ordering, and job completion. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to keep multiple jobs moving at once without anything falling through the cracks.

**For approximately the first nine months, this will be a hybrid Project Manager / Production Manager role** while we build out our project management team. You'll personally manage active jobs at the project level in addition to your production duties. As project managers are added to the team, they will report directly to you, and the role will transition into a full-time Production Manager position overseeing that team.

What You'll Do
- Own the production handoff for every signed job — confirm deposits, kick off permitting, assign crews, set start dates, and trigger material orders early so lead times don't create delays
- Assign and manage crews based on job scope, location, and availability
- Keep ServiceTitan current with accurate job stages, owners, dates, and notes
- Partner with sales, estimating, and operations so that what's sold is accurately scoped and buildable as promised
- Monitor active jobs for schedule, budget, and quality issues, and flag risks early
- Build and lead the project management team as it's added, setting consistent standards across all active jobs
- Report regularly to company leadership on production pipeline health and bottlenecks

What We're Looking For
- Experience in construction, roofing, exterior remodeling, or a related trades/production environment
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple jobs and moving parts at once
- Clear, proactive communicator who can coordinate across sales, permitting, crews, and customers
- Comfortable using CRM/production software (ServiceTitan experience a plus)
- Leadership experience or strong potential to manage a growing team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job-site visits

- Has contacts with roofing, siding and window replacement subs is preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits
- **Base salary:** $75,000/year
- **Quarterly production bonus:** $2,500 per quarter based on production performance
- **Year-end discretionary bonus:** eligible after 6 months of employment
- Paid time off (10 days annually, accruing monthly)
- 401(k) plan anticipated beginning January 2027

Schedule
This role requires flexibility to respond to job-site needs, permitting timelines, and material delivery windows, including occasional early-morning or weekend availability when a job requires it.
