What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Enrollment Specialist position at Full Stack Solutions LLC?
As a Patient Enrollment Specialist, you will be on the front lines of our remote patient monitoring program. You will engage directly with patients to educate them about our remote therapeutics program, assist with the onboarding process, and coordinate device delivery. This role is essential to ensuring patients understand the benefits of the program and have a seamless experience getting started.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make approximately 100 outbound calls per day to patients who have been identified as eligible.
• Educate patients about the benefits and functionality of the sensor and how it supports their respiratory care plan.
• Coordinate and confirm patient consent and interest in receiving the device.
• Work closely with our respiratory therapy teams to manage follow up and onboarding.
• Initiate the device shipping process and ensure accurate delivery information is collected.
• Maintain accurate and timely notes and records of all patient interactions in internal systems.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns in a supportive, informative, and empathetic manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Sales, healthcare, customer service, or patient support role (preferably in a call center or digital health environment).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to explain medical technology in simple terms.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, EMRs, or call tracking tools a plus.
• Passion for patient care and empowering people through health education.
