We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated, customer-focused Membership Sales Specialist to expand our plumbing service membership program. This role is all about building relationships, educating customers on the value of ongoing maintenance, and helping homeowners feel confident about taking care of their plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell plumbing maintenance memberships to new and existing customers
- Explain membership benefits clearly (priority service, discounts, inspections, etc.)
- Follow up on service calls to offer membership enrollment opportunities
- Work closely with technicians to identify sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and track sales activity
- Meet or exceed monthly membership sales goals
- Handle customer questions and objections with professionalism and confidence
- Assist in developing promotions or campaigns to increase memberships
- Perform other sales calls and estimates as needed
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (home services experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Advanced computer skills (CRM systems, email, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
