FedEx Package Delivery Driver – Full-Time
Full Speed Transport, Inc. is a contracted FedEx delivery company hiring full-time drivers in Spokane Valley.
This is a commercial driving position operating a company-provided step van or box-style delivery truck. The work is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring safe driving, accuracy, and dependable attendance. Drivers typically complete approximately 150 stops and handle 160–170 packages per day.

Schedule
- Full-time, five days per week
- Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, depending on the assigned route
- Start time: 8:30 a.m.
- Most routes take approximately eight hours, but ending times vary
- Drivers work until the assigned route is completed
- Sunday work may be required during peak season, November/December
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle
- Accurately scan, deliver, and document packages
- Complete residential and commercial deliveries and pickups
- Follow all delivery, customer-service, and safety procedures
- Perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Comfortable operating a step van or box-style commercial delivery vehicle
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to pass a DOT physical and obtain an MEC/DOT medical card
- Able to frequently enter and exit the vehicle, climb stairs, and lift and carry packages throughout the day
- Able to maneuver packages weighing up to 150 pounds using provided equipment
- Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Previous delivery or professional driving experience is preferred
This is a safety-sensitive position. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening that includes marijuana/THC and may be subject to random drug testing.
