Medical Assistant

Full Spectrum Fibroid & Endometriosis
Seattle, WA Full Time
POSTED ON 6/11/2026 CLOSED ON 6/20/2026

What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant position at Full Spectrum Fibroid & Endometriosis?

Full Spectrum Fibroid & Endometriosis is an independent, woman physician-owned specialty gynecology practice in Seattle built around one idea: patients who have been overlooked, undertreated, or dismissed by the conventional medical system deserve a higher standard of care. We are a cash-pay, out-of-network practice by design, which means we are not beholden to insurance production timelines. We have longer appointment times and pride ourselves on truly listening to patients.

Our clinic space is designed to feel more like a spa, and is also home to independent providers including pelvic floor PT, nutrition, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, mental health, and internal medicine, who sublease space within our building but operate independently.

We opened about a year and a half ago and we are growing. Right now the Full Spectrum core team is just three people: two physicians and one medical assistant/scheduler. We are close-knit, collaborative, and looking for a
fourth who fits with our team dynamic.

We are looking for a medical assistant who is a true self-starter, organized, hardworking, and able to prioritize independently without being micromanaged.
