Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Team Lead to oversee residential and commercial cleaning jobs. This role combines hands-on cleaning with leadership responsibilities, ensuring jobs are completed to high standards, on time, and in alignment with our values of excellence, respect, and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small cleaning crew on job sites, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks alongside the team.
- Train, mentor, and support team members in cleaning techniques, safety practices, and customer service.
- Communicate with clients in a professional, respectful manner and address concerns on-site.
- Track supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Ensure company standards and checklists are consistently met.
- Model integrity, punctuality, and a positive attitude to inspire the team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial work.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for several hours.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
