About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing ABA team. This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral therapy to children and families under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Most sessions take place in our center, with some hours assigned in home settings.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed and supervised by a BCBA
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support client goals
- Maintain a supportive and professional environment for clients and caregivers
- Uphold ethical and professional standards set by the BACB
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Reliable, positive, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Access to reliable transportation to travel between center and home sessions
