Life Changing Therapy for Children and Young Adults with Special Needs.
Seeking a highly motivated RBT to join our growing team in Davenport, FL! Full Spectrum ABA is rapidly expanding to bring services to more children in this area! Immediate hours available for currently certified RBTs! For non-certified providers, we will help you to become certified.

RBT: Range from $21/hr-$24/hr
Responsibilities:
· Help children with autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse needs in home, school, and community-based settings
· Implement Behavior Analysis Service Plans (BASPs) developed by one of our BCBAs through engaging in 1:1 direct therapy with children
· Document services and data collection through our practice management software (Rethink)
· Support families, school staff, and related service providers to ensure the success of the client
· Communicate with families and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required or 2 years of experience working with the neurodivergent population
- Driver’s license and up to date car insurance
- Passing score on background screening
