4 DAY WORK WEEK (32 hours) STARTING AT $21/ HOUR!

Customer Support Representative for a growing E-Commerce company (about 100 employees) on the South side of Jacksonville near Town Center.

We’ve been in business for 25 exciting years selling safety supplies and work apparel such as safety vests and hard hats.

Must have a high school degree, have reliable transportation, be detail-oriented, a strong multi-tasker, and be comfortable working on a computer throughout the day. Netsuite experience is a plus.

No experience necessary- we will train you!

This is not a call center position — you will not be required to make phone calls or be on the phones.

You will be responsible for reviewing and approving customer orders throughout the day, verifying key details such as address accuracy, shipping method, and payment issues before release. You will review vendor order acknowledgements to ensure accuracy, monitor air orders, and help resolve order issues such as missing or incorrect items, pricing discrepancies, backorders, discontinued products, and address verification concerns.

You will communicate with vendors by email and other channels to clarify issues, request corrections, and obtain updates to prevent delays. You will also communicate important updates to customers regarding back orders, discontinued items, delays, and other order changes.

This role supports the returns department with order-related problem solving and requires maintaining accurate records of order activity, vendor communication, and issue resolution. Your work will help ensure orders move through the process accurately, efficiently, and with minimal delay.

This is a full-time, permanent position, four days a week 8:30am-5:30pm, with an hour break for lunch.

Starting pay is $21/hour.
