The team leader actively contributes to the business success of the practice by overseeing and leading a team of office staff to promote a well-organized and efficient practice, ensuring our patients have an enjoyable experience at our clinics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Dental and supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with patients, families, doctors, and staff
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under stressful conditions, work independently and as a team member
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
